Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Patrick Carpentier.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Traumatic Blunt-Force Head Injury

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Medical History of High Cholesterol and Unspecified Heart Issues

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:30 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in early September.
