Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Latino male that occurred at his place of residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Patrick Baeza.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 4:41 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
