(L.A.) Patricia Orozco, 57, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Patricia Orozco.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Cocaine Effects

Other Significant Condition: Community-Acquired Pneumonia

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on October 19.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
