The coroner’s office has identified the man as Parvinder Dua.

LAPD Valley Traffic Division (Incident #663)
A black 2019 Honda Accord was southbound on Balboa Boulevard when the car collided with a silver 2006 Toyota Corolla that was turning left from eastbound Sesnon onto northbound Balboa.
The driver of the Toyota was fatally injured. The driver of the Honda was not injured and remained at the scene while officers investigated the collision.
