(L.A.) Osman Morales, 54, Died From Substance Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Osman Morales.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Ethanol Toxicity

RIP OSMAN MORALES (December 8, 1969 – July 1, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:20 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive.
