Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Hispanic male that occurred on a train station platform.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Oscar Velasquez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Alcohol Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Cocaine Effects
