(L.A.) Oscar Vargas, 29, Shot Dead on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Oscar Vargas.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wounds
