(L.A.) Omar Tovar, 36, Died in Long Beach

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Omar Tovar.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

The decedent was apparently hit while trying to cross Pacific Coast Highway.

Long Beach PD said he was crossing Pacific Coast Highway west of Golden Avenue.
