(L.A.) Omar Flores, 15, Died in Baldwin Park

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 15-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office identified the gang-banging teen as Omar Flores of Ontario.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of the Chest

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday morning.

LASD said a gun was fired at around 5:06 a.m. in the 12900 block of Bess Avenue in front of a 7-Eleven convenience store in Baldwin Park.

The decedent leaves behind a five-month-old baby. He may be the youngest father ever killed in the Southland that we know of.
