Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Olivia Denea Johnson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:28 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
