(L.A.) Norma Terrazaz, 46, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at a private residence on Stanford Avenue in the 90021.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Norma Terrazaz.

Height: 5 feet 3 inches

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, Meth, +1

RIP NORMA LILIA TERRAZAZ (October 25, 1977 – September 6, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:12 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.

The Department of Medical Examiner may have misspelled the decedent’s surname. It could be Terrazas.

The decedent was at her boyfriend’s apartment on Skid Row. According to him, they fell asleep at around 2:00 a.m. and when he awoke at 6:50 a.m., he found her unresponsive and immediately called 911. Paramedics arrived and pronounced her dead.

Local government authorities had the body cremated on December 20, 2024. Her ashes remain unclaimed a year later.
