Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Norma Tello.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Depression and Thyroid Issues

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
