Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Norbey Olarte.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:23 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
