(L.A.) Noor Ramsis, 38, Died From Gunshots

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old male who was shot on Florence Avenue and then transported to a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Noor Ramsis of Reseda.

Height: 5 feet 6 inches / Weight: 210 pounds

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 3:51 p.m.

The decedent had been walking on East Florence Avenue by Mace Place when he shot by a deputy from LASD’s Century Station. They were east of Hoooper Avenue.

The decedent may have been of Egyptian and/or Iraqi origin. He was armed with a gun and apparently had just robbed a woman who was selling tacos at a food truck in th 1600 block of East Florence Avenue.
