Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Armenian female that occurred at her residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Noone Khachatoorian. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Nazarian.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Alprazolam
Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use

Media posted that she died in an apartment fire with her little dog. The publicity helped raise $10,635 for funeral expenses.

Alprazolam is the most commonly prescribed psychotropic medication in the United States. It is used to treat anxiety and panic disorders.
This can be considered an accidental overdose of drugs — both prescription (alprazolam) and illicit (fentanyl, cocaine). There is no mention of thermal burns or smoke inhalation contributing to her death.
One can assume the dog would still be alive if its owner hadn’t been a cokehead.
