(L.A.) Noel Hernandez, 22, Died From Drug Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old Latin American male that occurred at a business.

The coroner’s office has identified the young man as Noel Hernandez, resident of Larch Avenue in Inglewood.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Cocaine Effects
