Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the young man as Noa Hill of Belmont Heights, Long Beach.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:42 a.m.
The decedent was professionally known as Noa B. Hill.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
