Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Latino male.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Niko Viana.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Alcohol, Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
Other Significant Condition: History of Schizophrenia

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:10 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
