The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nathan Buchhammer. Born in L.A. County.

Cause of Death: Effects of Acetyl Fentanyl, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:15 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 8, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
