Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Black female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Natasha Walter.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine and Fentanyl

RIP NATASHA WALTER (December 3, 1976 – February 20, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:10 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 31, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This was an accidental overdose.
