(L.A.) Natalie Medina, 20, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 20-year-old female of Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a hotel/motel.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Natalie Medina.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:43 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 16, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This was ruled as an accidental / unintentional drug overdose and not a suicide or homicide.
