Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Muhammad Shabazz and listed his race/ethnicity as Middle Eastern or North African [sic].

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine and Methamphetamine (Clinical)

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Congestive Heart Failure
