Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Black female that occurred in the front yard of a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Monique Washington.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine and Methamphetamine
Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Asthma, Hepatitis C, Hypercholesterolemia, Hypertensive Cardiomyopathy, and Congestive Heart Failure

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:51 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 27, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
