Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young woman as Mikayla Gomez.

Cause of Death: Acute Combined Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Methamphetamine Intoxication
