Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Miguel Velasquez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Traumatic Brain Injury

Cause of Death C: Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death D: Scooter Accident
