(L.A.) Miguel Silva, 23, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Hispanic/Latin American male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Miguel Silva.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Oxycodone Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:04 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 26, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
