(L.A.) Miguel Sanchez, 39, Died in a Tent

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Latino male that occurred in a tent.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Miguel Sanchez.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of the Head and Chest

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday night.

LAPD learned of the shooting at around 10:10 p.m. It happened in an alley to the rear of 950 West 80th Street. A dog was also found shot dead nearby.
