Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Michelle Hall Gilman.

Cause of Death: Effects of Alcohol, Difluoroethane, Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 11:26 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, substance overdose.
