Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Micheal Bullig.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease and Pneumonia
