Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Wubker.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Acetyl Fentanyl, Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine
