Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Worthey.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:41 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 21, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
