(L.A.) Michael Tyndall, 48, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Michael Tyndall.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
