Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Michael Reto.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Drug Intoxication

Cause of Death B: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
