Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Michael Olivas. Born in L.A. County.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Heroin, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in December, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
Note that there are multiple decedents named “Michael Olivas” in public records.
