(L.A.) Michael Medina, 32, Died From Drug Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Medina.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Tramadol Toxicity

RIP MICHAEL MEDINA (December 3, 1991 – August 7, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 10:15 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late December, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
