Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Mcquade.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

RIP MICHAEL MCQUADE (March 27, 1970 – January 4, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-September, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
