Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Mathews.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multisystem Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Mixed Drug Toxicity (Fentanyl, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Benzodiazepines)

Other Significant Conditions: Encephalopathy, Severe Sepsis with Septic Shock, Acute Kidney Failure, Hypoglycemia, Hypotension, Hypertension
