(L.A.) Michael Kelly, 58, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Kelly.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine and Methamphetamine
RIP MICHAEL KELLY (March 9, 1966 – July 11, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 5:48 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 4, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
