(L.A.) Michael Gray, 59, Died at a Shelter

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a shelter.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Gray.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Carfentanil, Methamphetamine, and Cocaine

RIP MICHAEL GRAY (July 10, 1965 – September 12, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:50 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
