(L.A.) Michael Bui, 30, Died From Overdosing on Ecstasy

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Asian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Bui.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:29 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
