Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Melissa Vanevery of Sylmar, California.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol Toxicity
