Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Melissa Meza.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:36 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
