Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 86-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Maudella Turner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt-Force Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Alzheimer’s Disease, Hypertension, Chronic Kidney Disease
