Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old male that occurred at his place of residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Matthu Bomar and listed his race/ethnicity as Latino.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Hernandez.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
