Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Mary Johnson.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine, Phencyclidine and Cocaine Effects
RIP MARY JOHNSON (November 6, 1985 – November 12, 2025)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.
