Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a shelter.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Mary Ann Barrett Kling.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Polysubstance Intoxication (Fentanyl, Heroin, Methamphetamine)
