Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at a bus stop.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Martha Ramirez.

Cause of Death: Combined Effect of Metamphetamine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:31 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 4, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
