Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Caucasian male that occurred inside a recreational vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mark Irvin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin and Methamphetamine

RIP MARK IRVIN (February 8, 1974 – March 7, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:07 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 6, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This was an accidental overdose.
