Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Hispanic/Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mark Graczyk.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Morphine, and Hydromorphone

RIP MARK GRACZYK (March 14, 1963 – July 27, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:12 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 11/12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
