Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Hispanic male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mario Utuy Pastor.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:41 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 31, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
